Tom Sherlock is the manager of the brasserie and is part of the team that brought Marwick’s to Bosham and the Millstream.

Neil Hiskey

Neil Hiskey is head chef at Marwick’s. While most of the food Neil prepares is “Modern British”,  his passion for Asian cuisine brings an oriental theme to some of Marwick’s dishes.  He is instrumental in many of the Thai nights at the Millstream.

Stanley at Marwicks


Stanley is the brasserie guard dog.  He is very vicious and will literally lick your face if it gets too close!
